At Athiya Global, sustainability isn't just a goal; it's a way of life. We're committed to minimizing our environmental footprint in every aspect of our operations.

We prioritize reducing CO2 emissions associated with daily travel by strategically locating our offices near public transportation hubs. We also promote alternative commuting options such as electric or hybrid vehicles and carpooling among employees in the same neighborhood.

Our flexible work policies encourage remote work, allowing employees to work from home multiple times a week. This not only decreases carbon emissions from commuting but also reduces reliance on single-use takeout containers. In our premises, we provide sustainable tableware, offering employees access to reusable options and further reducing waste.

At our head office in India, where the majority of our team is based, we've implemented a kitchen where a dedicated cook prepares meals, significantly reducing the need for disposable takeout packaging. Additionally, we have shifted to providing virtual training programs for our clients wherever possible, which reduces paper usage for printouts and eliminates the need for commuting, thereby lowering our carbon footprint.

Even out-of-town training programs have become more sustainable, as flights and cabs are no longer necessary. Through these efforts, we're not only fostering a healthier planet but also creating a more sustainable and eco-conscious workplace for our team.
